Shipping Protocols

All orders placed before 1:00 PM Mountain Standard Time will be shipped the same day. Any orders completed after that time will be shipped out the following day Monday - Friday. IBE does not ship on weekends.

Returns & Exchanges

You may return any item in our store for a full refund within 2 weeks of purchase. All product must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Send an email to support@invisiblebeadextensions.com with your request.
