To request it, you must place a special order, as this type of hair requires more preparation time. For this reason, we ask that you do not add other items to the cart when placing an order of this kind.
Please note that the processing time for this special order is between 8 and 10 weeks, after which it will be shipped to you. It is important to keep in mind that these special orders are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-RETURNABLE.

The Reserve XL Collection comes in 60-gram packs and wefts are 11” wide. All hair is 1-2" longer than stated length.

- We recommend brushing your hair 3-4 times a day and then braiding it before you go to bed.
- It’s also best to sleep on a silk pillowcase or use a silk bonnet.
- Make sure to always use professional products, we recommend GoldieLocks® as it is formulated for extensions first. Extensions require ultra hydrating products.
- Stay away from anything reparative, as this usually means protein is present which is not recommended for use on hair extensions. Also stay away from Keratin products as well as Olaplex.

For all unopened hair, we can accept returns initiated within two weeks from order date. Due to federal regulations, once any ties have been cut, removed, or altered from any original bundling of hair, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
