REFUND & RETURN
For all unopened hair, we can accept returns initiated within two weeks from order date. Due to federal regulations, once any ties have been cut, removed, or altered from any original bundling of hair, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. For returns please read the Refund & Returns Policy and then visit our Return/Exchange Center to submit your request.
